Strawberry Picking at Boonstra Farms

Finally, we got out strawberry picking!!! We had a blast, Brooke is a pretty good strawberry picker, but Chloe was a better eater then picker! lol

Here in Manitoba, you either pick your berries into a 4 litre ice cream pail, or you use the boxes that the farm has on hand. Each box/pail is $11.

This picture is sideways for some reason, I couldn't get it fixed...so you will have to turn your head to see it the way it's supposed to be seen. How many of you just turned your head to look the photo?? hahaha. This was at the beginning of our adventure.

Jeremy and the girls picking berries!

Again, the photo is sideways and it really is bothering me, but I have no idea how to fix it. lol

Mmmmmm....Yummy strawberries!!!

Look at this big one!!!

Chloe getting ready to eat her berry up!

See those buildings way in the distance, that's the entrance to the farm. lol

Thankfully we didn't have to walk! We got to ride on this tractor.

Here is our berries at the end of our picking! It took us less than an hour to pick these!

Chloe enjoying a berry on our way back to the entrance.

Strawberry Face!!!

The girls love these things! lol

Daddy even joined in the fun.
