Christmas Videos 2009

I've learned that bigger videos don't load well on here, so I can't add them in and for special occasions I'll just make shorter videos so I can put them up here for family and friends who can't be here.

We had a great Christmas in NB with all my family there. Two big dinners...one Christmas Day and one on Boxing day. It was great fun and we even had a surprise visit from my cousin Melana and her Fiance Brian all the way from Scotland. This might be the last year for awhile that we were ALL home for Christmas. I think someone counted and there were 22 of us there for dinner on Boxing Day.

Tim and Andrea meet Brooke

Tim and Andrea came over a few weeks ago and it was the first time they got to meet Brooke. Chloe was in bed sleeping, but Brooke was stil up running around. It was great to get together with them!

Snow Fun Pt1 09

Our first adventures outside in 2009. Chloe wasn't sure what to think...Brooke loved running and playing in the snow. She did not like getting snow on her snow pants, or on ehr boots and well heaven forbid that the snow got on her mittens! LOL
Our backyard reminds me of a redneck or the Red-Green show...lol lots of junk piled around...someday we will get all that cleaned up.

The house came with a built in little snow hill...perfect for showing Brooke what sliding is all about..only she has me to pull her back up the hill! lol

Tucker was enjoying the outside time too!

Gingerbread House 2009

This year we decided to get a gingerbread house to decorate. We had talked about it in other years, however we never bought the stuff to make it. I found a kit on sale and brought it home, we then went to the Bulk Barn and got a LOT of candy!
Jeremy was quite creative with the house! Making sure that some of all the candy got used to decorate!

I have a funny feeling that in the years to come if Brooke wants to decorate a house, I'll have to buy her her own kit! LOL Jeremy wasn't so good at sharing and letting her help this year...
