We had Tucker fixed the day after Brooke was born. Not the best timing in the world, but what can you do? I booked the appointment way before Brooke ever thought of arriving! lol
He got at his stitches a few times and the Vet told us that he didn't need a lampshade for his head, Jeremy had asked for one. He also asked for pain meds which we were told that he didn't need.
The next morning, Tucker had gotten at his stitches and there was a couple of drops of blood around the house. Jeremy took Tucker back to the vet and came home with a lampshade and pain meds. Since then we have been trying to let his stitches heal. It's healing up pretty good, however he still gets at them once in awhile. You have to think they shaved his fur so it's probably itchy growing back in not to mention that the healing process is itchy too.

puppies look so funny with those things on, maddie still hasn't figured out how to go upstairs with them on, but mostly we just make her go to bed with it on...is that a breast pump in the forefront of this picture?!
